If this were true then the Giants will have a 5 day turnaround and their opponents 7 days. I cannot see that happening.

We went into a cup Semi with a 5 day turnaround while London had 8.

we have to play either Thurs or Fri, it appears Sky have done us a favour moving us forward to Saturday, otherwise it'd have been a day 4.

If we do a Wigan and rest 17 players the turnaround time won't have any impact ;-0)

Wire game is Saturday at 3, so that's 2 vs 3.

In which case I definitely hope we get 4th as I'm away the Saturday and Sunday.

I'll be in Skala, Kefalonia. Usually I manage to find a bar/restaurant to watch the RL but if it's on Saturday at 3 then it may be difficult as there will be football on.

I'm in Leicester for the weekend for my old Mum's birthday. It just so happens that Leicester are playing the Latics at 3pm on Saturday 14 Sept and guess who bought a loads of tickets yesterday for the that game? Could be interesting having Sky Go on to watch the game in the middle of the Latics fans.

Anyone who thinks going to Warrington will be easier than a trip to Huddersfield is deluded imo.

I think Warrington would rather play Wigan than Leeds.

I think Leeds would rather play Huddersfield than Warrington

I think Huddersfield would rather play Leeds than Wigan


Ultimately I just cannot see the advantage of winning, unless you are Warrington.

Leeds have lost to Huddersfield three times this season.

The only advantage I can see to playing Huddersfield is that they will have a shorter turnaround (Saturday to Thursday) but I guess that may well be nullified as They will rest a lot of players for the Bradford game.

I dont get this, wigan havent put together a win in a tough game in a long time. If they do so tonight, my belief will be boosted regardless of who we play next week.

Some incentive for fans if their team can lose tonights game ...... tickets for the playoff at Warrington are priced at £20 each for adults ..... Hudderfield have announced their game will be priced at £10 for adults .......
