| Received an email for 1 ticket but not for the other two. The email was the wrong seat and it turns out they've sold our daughter's seat to someone else despite it being on auto renewal!
Ticketmaster is a joke. Why did they not cut ties immediately when this was obviously turning into an absolute disaster. This could have been sorted weeks ago.
Just a quick commendation for the ticket office staff themselves. The woman I spoke to was so helpful despite it being at the end of what must have been a very trying day (I was on hold for over an hour and they took my call 20 mins after closing time). They're trying to sort the problems out but they're problems that shouldn't need sorting in the first place!

| My daughters came through the post. I didn't ask for a physical version but no issues with names/seats luckily enough.
I was hoping everything would go smoothly across the board when they published that update the other day but it looks like the problems will continue for a while yet, as they work through these errors and people not receiving tickets.

| The frustrating thing is that things don't seem to be improving on the whole ticketing front. They're actually getting worse. You'd think after all the issues we've had so far, someone would be making absolutely certain the Season Tickets went out without a hitch. Clearly not the case.

| Got mine through post this morning a plastic card which says access card seats and names ok but there is no bar code or QR code and nothing that looks like it will trigger the turnstiles,

Just to echo your last paragraph there, I have had a few issues with the ticket site this season now and the emailing system from it and have had to contact the ticket office over the phone a few times to get issues rectified. Everybody who i have spoken to over there has been stellar and in one case went well above what would be required in their job role to sort an issue. They are doing god's work at the moment whilst taking the brunt of people's frustrations i would expect for something that is most likely not their fault.

That is a good point as neither does mine, unless they use some sort of technology that doesn't require anything like that? New one on me if so.

| Bought my Leigh tickets 6 days in advance of the game and they came 2 days after the game.
90 minutes on hold before getting duplicates printed at Leigh.
It’s just not working at the minute.

Update on this.
Asked the question while i was down at the ticket office, they have an inbuilt chip so no need for a barcode or QR code.

| I seem to one of the lucky few who have got (eventually!) what I asked for! Plastic season ticket and [imea culpa[/i letter arrived today. I had emailed the ticket office asking for a physical card, but never had explicit acknowledgement of that, so that was a relief. Old git category and seat correct. But it's clear from responses here and elsewhere that more than a few people have had very poor service.
Kris Radlinski needs to read this thread.

| Can't understand what's going on here...I'm pretty sure I didn't click on any option for a physical card, but it arrived this morning. Actually, if I think about it, I'm on auto-renewal, so i haven't clicked anything for a couple of years.
The main site update from yesterday indicates that electronic tickets are going out or have gone out.
Are Fujitsu running the back-office systems?

| Wasted 45 min waiting in phone queue, I was told season ticket was emailed last Thursday, checked all folders Inc spam, trash nothing sent. Tried calling back the ticket office was closed. So I will be wasting more time tomorrow trying to get what I paid for last August. I will email a complaint for what good that seems to do the last couple of emails were responded to without addressing the issue.

I called again this morning , the office staff stated that my digital ticket was sent out last week, I informed her that I have not had any email she offered to send again which I agreed to, I am now on a list to have my ticket resent. I asked when would this happen and she couldn't confirm. I did ask what happens if this does not work and she stated that they will ensure that nobody misses out on the game, how they will do this I don't know but I wont be happy having to either take time from work or queue up for a lengthy period prior to the game.

Queued 45 mins at the stadium and got 6 paper tickets for Friday. Didn't fancy waiting till the day and being in a massive queue then.
Repeated our request for emailed season tickets. They couldn't say when they might arrive.

| More pain for me on the ticket website. I went on earlier to order a single ticket, under my flexi membership but got an error message both times. I checked my emails in between each attempt and after and haven’t had anything. I’ve just gone back on the ticket website and it says I’ve ordered 2 tickets under my membership, which surely shouldn’t even be possible, as you choose 4 individual games! And I’ve had no emails with tickets attached to them. Also when ordering a ticket under this flexi membership, it forces you to put in your card details, even though the cost is zero!
In short, it’s not fit for purpose! Fingers crossed somebody responds to an email I’ve just sent.

| If it were just short term teething problems I think that would be understandable. But the extent of the problems and the length of time it is taking to fix it is now becoming a very serious issue.
Kris Radlinski spoke recently about how he feels some complaining fans have a 'corner shop' mentality. Well this ticket fiasco is every bit as amateurish as a dodgy corner shop.
Fans are being put off from even attempting to buy tickets at the moment and some seem to be getting such bad treatment that they may not return for a while. Sort it out for crying out loud.

The crowd will be interesting on Friday. My old man wants me to get him a ticket, as he’s 76 and not great with technology and I’m genuinely dubious of trying to do it on the ticket site because every ticket I’ve bought so far has needed to be followed up with an email/call. Feels like the easiest option currently is to just go in person and buy one but that is crazy when it’s supposedly a cashless Stadium, running a policy of trying to get you to use technology. I’m not too bad with technology and have never had issues like these (on such a consistent basis) on any sales platform before.

I wasn't aware of the quote from Radlinski, I have been more than patient taking into account the patronising responses I have had to emails, then take into account the ones that have not been responded to. I paid upfront in August 2023 and I would be better off paying on the day. I will be taking into account SKY showing all game before I renew again. Choosing my games is a real option now

Just to clarify - Rads' corner shop comment was not made in relation to fans complaining about the ticketing situation - more complaints about silly things like the colour of the shirt sponsor.
Just thought it was a little ironic given how amateurish the ticketing transition has been.
