The pleasing thing about Mcguire is that he worked as a strength and conditioning coach for Canberra - that would give him greater exposure that most coaches to such a vital area and should not only see us appoint a proper conditioner but also make feka worth employing.

I more than pray we get Maguire, he's really what this clubs needs.

If greats like Bennett are saying hes the next big coach then we need to get him no matter the cost.

I'm never one to spread rumours, but I've heard from a Wakey fan who claims to be "in the know" that he's on his way to you guys (as well as a massive clear out at Wakey).

Anyone got any other news on this? Would this be a good move for you guys? Good player is Brough, with an awesome kicking game.

Best for all concerned imo, think McIllorum is a decent player, nothing more nothing less. He's added an extra dimension to his game since the arrival of riddell, who i'm led to believe is mentoring him in some way, his distribution in particular seems to have improved. Still think that him and Riddell are a bit similar though, but that still leads to a little drop off whenever riddell goes off.

A 4 of Brough, Tomkins Riddell/Leuluai looks quite strong imo.

Absolutely, but i think if Noble/A.N.Other sticks to the plan of using Mossop as a 2nd row come 5th prop then we would have the bulk to be able to battle with teams enough in the pack.

Even better would be getting a new prop in and getting a fit feka. We can compete in the first 20 with Coley and Prescott on the pitch, just after the prop interchanges we start to suffer.

Agree. Me and a mate were talking about the Saints game the other week and agreed that a player like Brough COULD have set us up to win that game due to his kicking alone when we were 6-4 up.
