Pity the Riversiders one wasn't up there last night. Hopefully it'll be there next week. I can't see anyone on here having taken that one from the club, not when they knew the efforts being put in and all the running around that some people were doing.

There was talk last night of some people chucking in for a Chorley Reds flag to keep the non-Wigan fraternity happy. We can discuss at the next flag meeting

when is the next one and has it been decided if we are having a theme with the wigan way banners. I still like the idea with having a banner from different decades with the same saying underneath.

Some great ideas there. We were on about meeting up at some point between the HKR and Cats games. Hopefully we'll have an extra 4 or 5 on the gantry before Saints roll into town.

I mentioned to Dawn and Brian last night that a great one would be Hampson going over in the corner against Saints at Wembley in 89 with 27-0 under it.

what about a flag with key coaches on, similar to the Liverpool FC one with Rafa, shankley etc.. could have monie, sullivan, lowe, gregory... and possibly Hughes
