Apparently the 1st team players pay a percentage back to the chairman ( been told 20%) for his investment in to the club/business as TBH although he may act like a fan, at the end of the day he is a business man who knows how to maximise his capital & investment.

If you are on 100G then 80G is still alot, but if you are only maybe on 30G and that drops to 24G you can understand why players are leaving for money.
