Coley's was a reckless attack to the head, hence why he got sent off, hence why Fakir got concussion. You don't get concussion unless you get a heavy blow to the head.

Both Coley's and Peacocks tackles made contact with the head which by Child's definition of the rules is a straight red. If one was a tap to the head and the other was a fully fledged blow to it it would make little difference.

So where have I implied it was "the worse tackle that's ever been committed on an RL pitch"? Like everyone else who didn't watch the game with their head up their backside I saw it was deserving of a red and given his previous Coley was going to get a ban of some sort. No more, no less.

It never ceases to amaze me how some people seem to be blinded by the cherry and white specs. Even Coley admitted guilt knowing he would get a ban. Obviously he's just being soft as well.

A positive out of all this is that Coley should be remarkably fresh going into the final rounds of the season plus playoffs, due to missing 4 rounds (3 due to suspension and 1 due to his baby being born).

coleys tackle is nothing compared to what happened in the state of origin, i know different rules n all but if coleys tackle is a 2 match ban barrett should never play again its laughable

then half the teams in the league would be missing a player the week after they play us. how many times does that happen to sam. the obvious one most fans will have seen was peacock, who didnt even get a sin-binning.

There were plenty of instances such as offsides, not standing square and headshots that the ref let go and it gave us a free flowing game. I can't remember the last time I saw a SL game that flow like that

Replace Cummings with anyone, our ref situation is dire, no competition for places, refs not being able to make decisions without a video ref etc, anyway going off thread a bit
