On a personal level I'm more than happy with the way things are going as I put £25 on Wiggins to win this year's tour after he crashed out last year.'"
Quite. If he wins the Tour (if), it must also be remembered that he has also won Paris Nice, Tour of Romandie and the Dauphine this season as well, so it would be a season the like of which has not been seen for many, many years. On form as well you have to say he is one of the favourites for the Olympic time trial. |

"Sir" Bradley (he already has the CBE, a knighthood in the next honours list is a dead cert) should be the guest of honour at the DW as soon as possible. Fake Wiggo sideburns to honour the great man will be a must.
Maybe we could get him to do an inspirational team talk at the GF (assuming we get there and he's available!)? Would be brilliant for our players to hear him talk about the years he's spent in road cycling working towards his goal after having won olympic and world medals and particularly about the mental toughness needed to be a winner. If that doesn't get our pyschologically fragile players in the right zone, nothing will.

He did the JJ salute on his 1st presentation but they switched to the crowd just as he did it. He's got to be Sir Bradley Wiggins ASAP and hope the club use the fact he's a Wigan fan to promote our game.
