2006 was not a great year for players before Nobby came in. I am not sure Nobby really rated Danny either as he never got near the GB team while he was in charge of it, even though I would say (and so did Stevo) that his performances in 2005 merited it.
Definitely a player I would have back in a shot. |

Also Tony Smith was a very good players. Numerous GB call ups whilst at Wigan. People chosing Kevin Brown, Dave Hodgson & Bob Beswick also suprises me. |
