I honestly think it would be better with a black background, red top part and the gloss in white. Makes it stand out abit more.

In my opinion the flags with pictures of players on them need to stop after the next one, you cant tell what they are from a distance and they are all going to look the same. The flags with quotes on them look far better and more thought goes into them.

I don't really think that is the point. It is not a flag just for Farrell.
That picture doesn't show it properly. I can see it properly from the back of the east stand at home games.
