wigan should start a pryamid system with the coaching, radlinski to move up to 18s coach, pendlebury to 21s, wane to assistant with mcguire to first team coach.

I would be as happy as I was the day we signed him if he did go! But only if we signed someone like Morley, Kite, Cross, Fa'aoso.

I think we should get used to changing coaches every 3 years from now, I think it will become club policy.

Having said that Celtic may well announce Noble's appointment on Tuesday. He could then name his signings for Celtic later in the week.

Matty Johns? We could do with Andrew Johns doing some one on one coaching sessions with Sam Tomkins and Leuluai aswell as the young halfbacks in the reserves and academy.

My mistake. Just assumed he liked him at hooker as he played at 9 throughout the comp including the final.

If my memory serves me right Tommy played at 7 in the first game for NZ and played poorly so was subsequently moved to 9, NZ obviously felt that they had better halfbacks in Fein and and Marshall.

How is Maguire eligible for a visa if he hasn't been a head coach before?

The RFL have no say on the visa. That's down to the UK government.

With a name like McGuire he's probably Irish.

That was my guess, as I was sure that the Government's rules for overseas coaches getting work visas were head coach or international coach only.

It's the RFL that require first team coaching experience.
