Smith and Bailey to drop from the 19.

I thought we would lose to Barrow but I think we may win on thursday. Cant explain why but I am more confident.

I've been just looking at the statscomparing the two above, and I must say I'm shocked.

I've always prefered Tomkins, however having always assumed Hansen was the tackler, it actually appears there is little between them, and from that point of view Tomkins is outperforming him overall.

No chance.

Why have we no chance? serioiusly? Anything can happen on the day, we have always got some chance no matter how slim you think it might be, if there was no chance whatsoever whats the point of playing, fed up of all these doom and gloom predictions, get behind the team 100%, build the confidence, you may be surprised, we have got to raise the noise levels in the crowd for this one, if we are too quiet it will gives Sts a further advatage, altogether now COME ON WIGAN!!

I put a lengthy post on a thread in regards to Hansen and I stand by it.

He really needs to pull himself together and work on his game. He's playing it safe and isn't offering anything extra.

He needs to lose some arrogance and not be afraid to step out of the shadow of others.

I have always thought that about him too. He is solid and works hard but hardly ever makes a break or offers much in attack. He reminds me of a lesser Jamies-Jones Buchanan at the moment (or like he was a few years ago) and he needs to step up.

2 key points, that imo, are making Hansen a player in danger of getting lost in the mix at Wigan.

J. Tomkins is dropped - how unfair is that??? When will Bailey be dropped? he has been poor for a few games, i defo think brian noble has his favourites......

He hasn't been given a settled run in the side at the start of this season but when given the opportunity he hasn't produced the goods so far. He hasn't been awful by any stretch but just looks a little short of confidence.

He'd still be in ahead of Hansen for me though.
