Trueman...I agree with the earlier poster ..non existent ..he is supposed to be the guy who creates for us and it was all left to Turner...not Good enough and he needs to step up in these big games.

Some fans just cant admit that their team isn't good enough or ever will be. If Radford takes over they will go back to the dark ages and subsequent relegation scrap. They will have something to cry about then. Not being beaten by a superior side.

One poster has mentioned the ref once in a 9 page thread, that’s it. Ref had nothing to do with it apart from giving us a try when I thought Olpherts had made a mess of it. Discipline killed us and we were too light up front. No complaints here, better side won on the night.

I thought French was excellent on the wing and his pace brought an extra dimension to our attack.

No other player would have gassed the FB like he did for his 1st try.

Crackin' win . Played well but stupid penalties when we have them pinned in spoils all the good play . The Bullock penalty on the Cas line was complete stupidity, trying to be a hard man . Clueless.

Fair do’s. I thought it was a good game with both sides giving it plenty. It was an absolute 50/50 for around 50-55 minutes but we got stronger as the game went on.

Both sides can only get stronger as they drip players back in.

Our young forwards change the game, so fit, fast and enthusiastic....must be a nightmare to have 4-5 of them on at a time, cas are a cracking side and that was a great win

Fair play. The replays were all from the other side and you would never believe it could’ve been a try. Looked like it had gone nowhere near the floor. The speed at which French got under him and rolled him over was like nothing I’ve seen before.

Great call from the ref on that.

It was the in goal judge who convinced him to give it. Kendall said no try initially and you can understand why when you see the video footage. I did wonder why the in goal judge was convinced and fair play to him because he went against the ref and touch judge.

Thought it was Singleton but the points the same, had them stuck there and gave them a get out of jail free card

Cracking result that against Cas. Seem to be gathering pace weekly which is a promising sign.

Not too disappointed. always thought Wigan away and Saints away would be our toughest 2 games and we were always in with a chance. Good game though.

Hastings and Hardaker both first class again

I thought both Bullock and Byrne had their best game of the season

Personally I thought Smith gave us that extra edge in attack that we had been missing

Really pleased with the performance and the game

Harry Smith showed some outrageous skills tonight I thought. He is still getting to grips with when to stick and when to twist but he constantly tested the Cas defence. He’s over playing at times but he’s certainly entertaining to watch and isn’t lacking in confidence to try things.

Only seen the highlights but Smith looked like he took the line on a lot more than he had so far this year.

Pass to Zack looked forward but deserved the bit of luck as it was a cracking bit of play from him to create the opportunity.

It was the most I’ve seen him take the line on. Some of it reminded me of a certain coach of ours. He’s making a few overly ambitious errors of judgment at times but he’s a talent. It all goes hand in hand but if we get that bit more go forward we need in the middle and that then gives him the room to move in, he’s just going to get better and better.

Is that the one where the player hits the floor and throws it up in the air? Fine IMO if so, just unconventional. They always look worse when the passer stops and the catcher continues moving forward.
