How much does BV cost per year for the upkeep?

Wigan pay next to nothing in rent (a % of the match day income I believe) which includes things like the said relaying of the pitch and the refurb of the changing rooms that happened recently.

Thanks for the input. Would you care to add something constructive, perhaps a rebuttal to my comments or are you sticking with the “you’re arrogant/juvenile” line of insults? The facts may be uncomfortable for you but remain. Cas have done nothing in terms of ground improvement throughout the entire history of SL whereas virtually every other club has. If a Widnes, Leigh, HKR, etc fan held this opinion would they be arrogant or juvenile?

There’s rules around minimum pitch dimensions. Cas meets those rules. To be honest, it’s just a pathetic excuse used by sore losers.

I took it to be a response to my comment re the short pitch that I must have made in another thread. If so, apologies.

All monies from all the food/drink kiosks goes to the ground owners we don't see a penny of it which i don't have a problem with,would i prefer to own our own ground yes but it ain't the end of the world,its a small price to pay for having a nice ground

I agree when fans are knitt picking about such things the argument is lost. Maybe a smaller pitch doesn't allow Wigan player enough time to get up to speed before attacking opposition players ankles, just a thought

I agree it's horse for courses. I'd be happy with either but at the moment we don't really have either.
