I'm not surprised it came to this tbh. If you look back at the other two games with Saints this season they've tried to rile Hock and get him sent off and again yesterday, knowing they were on the end of a hiding they did the same. They aren't good enough to beat us and knowing that they resort to s*ithouse tactics. Not surprised at all.

Although, the fact that LMS isn't up in front of the panel is bemusing me somewhat.

Apparently Rush has complained that having wupped them 3 times at rugby and wupped them at boxing we also beat them 3 - 1 at the disciplinary. Sky sports are claiming £50k in compensation as during the press conference given by Mike Rush the cameraman fell asleep during the interview and dropped his camera. Rush signed him on the basis he was quicker than Wello.

This greatly amuses me.

Maybe Rush should sign the sky cameraman (whose name I don't remember) as he seemed quick enough to catch up with our guys after they scored a try, and they did mention he was a saints fan.

What I don't get is why saints employed sh*thouse tactics against us when they don't against the other teams clearly it doesn't work for them...

Every cloud has a silver lining, and I hope this one does. Hock, Mossop and Tuson will have a week or two off and it will hopefully keep them that little bit fresher come the business end of the season.

Gives some of the younger lads a chance to step up and gain valuable experience. Leed's and Catalan are going to be 2 tough games for us.

Hock given 2 games and £300 fine - bollox hoping the sending off would kick it down to one. Misses Catalans as well.

2 hugely tough games coming up but we'll cope.

Thankfully winning the last couple has taken the pressure and we can afford the odd slip.

Situations like this also highlight why it was important to win at Widnes too.

Basically lost 4 players from Sundays game, all from the pack. Definitely testing our strength in depth now with missing:

Hock, Hansen, Tuson, Mossop, Prescott, Flower, Fielden.

We'll have to see how good our young lads really are.

Can't see him playing Eric in the 2nd row, think Hughes will start there. Can also see Wane making sure that one of Lima or Dudson is on the pitch at all times (in the same way he does with Lima and Mossop) so can't see them both starting. Dudson's ready to take the Mossop role for Friday and step up.

id like to see lima teamed up with crosby and dudson teamed with lauaki.
