It was almost like a training game for Wigan.

They tried lots of different things, but overall were quite casual in their approach. Lots of unforced errors, which nobody seemed too bothered about.

Defensively, they blotted St Helens out of the match with routine ease.

I really like Roby, but he, like "One trick Mick", needs a good platform to work from. If his forwards are going backwards, he is buggered. Going forward he is a bloody handful, but he was taken out of the game yesterday.

Having ventured into the Borough of St Helens this morning due the involvement in junior rugby it was amusing to hear a group of supporters discussing yesterday's game and their only thing of note they could come up with was 'Whelan's Rent Boys"....long may it continue!

If your correct about HFC V HKR been the only derby in SL i can honestly say no one cares about the game apart from the supporters of those clubs. If we play Leeds its a bigger game than the Hull Derby. In terms of importance to SL the Hull derby is up there with Cas V Wakey.
