They make some good stuff though. I was even tempted to buy some other clubs gear when I saw what they've made this year

Seriously though i've heard the quality isn't that great but they do seem to have a designer thats got his head screwed on. After our last couple of years efforts i'm not really interested in quality.

Didnt wire have 2 versions of the ISC home kit last year? the lightweight players one and a thick cotton one for the fans? i thought that was a good idea in that you got a better quality shirt?

One that turned green in the wash when the yellow and blue ran you mean?

Our home kit came ready mixed this year.

They did have 2 versions. The fans version had a collar on it so it wasn't the same as the players shirt. they did a round neck players shirt but that was £80 or something daft like that.

Plus with the £80 one you needed a 'decent' figure to carry it off, not too many RL fans had said figure.

I've got a couple of players shirts and to say they are unflattering is an understatement.

Or certain players.

Yeah it made my mate look like Mr Blobby but he refused to be told. Unflattering isnt the word, well it is but still need a stronger word.

ultimately in this day and age of a new set of kits every year the quality isn't that much of an issue, could you imagine the uproar in football if they had to put up with a whole new set of replica shirts every year, they'd go mad yet we have to shell out the best part of forty quid a season for an up to date shirt

Most clubs already do. Latics haven't kept the same shirt since the 2003/2005 home shirt and the 2002/2004 away shirt.

Er, most footie clubs do bring out a new kit every year.

Some have 2 away kits, anyway you don't have to buy it, personal choice and all.

I thought there was a law in place were they could only replace 1 kit every year, unless there's a change in sponsor. Have I made that up?
