The penalty count kept you in the game, with two of the other three there was a cigarette paper between the two sides. Laughable comments, expect Dixon and Armstrong to make way for Flannery and one of Wheeler, Pryce or Eastmond.

Next week will be very, very close and the weeks rest will benefit St.Helens. Commendable bravado but borderline stupidity.

You were poor last week because Saints made you look poor. We did what you try to do and that is get up into the oppositions faces. Wigan couldn't take it last week.

No we were poor last week as we were in a poor run of from. Last week was more to do with us been poor than anything else. Keep believing you made us look bad but we made ourselves look bad.

Wigan were appalling last week all through their own doing. We made errors we've not made in 2 years due to mentally not being up for it.

It won't happen again but don't take that as me writing Saints off. I think you can play better then last week but you'll have to. Wigans defence hurt the Catalans physically tonight and they're a bigger side then Saints.

Fantastic draw. We were absolutely atrocious last week and were still 8 points in it. We'll have no probs annihilating Saints next week. See you all at Old Trafford!

Half of the game tonight was spent trying to put Catalan players out of the game and you succeded to a point. If those players had managed to stay on the pitch it could have been a lot closer.

What 44-6?

They couldn't cope with as aggressive a defence as I have seen for a while from us. It's gone though now and we will be focused on next week and ready for what Saints have to throw at us. We changed a few combinations tonight which made us less predictable and it's something I've said for a while. I don't think we will see Deacon for the rest of the season now.

Without being dismissive of our neighours, to me it doesn't matter what Saints do next week, it will all be down to the Wigan performance. Saints have been consistently good in each of the 5 matches against us this season, but they have mainly played the same game in each one. In 4 of the 5 games we have had the better of them, last week they came out on top but we were clearly off our game. I just can't see where Saints can be much better than Good Friday, the semi or last week. So if a fully functioning and fully fit Wigan turn up, they win.

BORING.

These saints fans on here must be scared. There's a lot of self reassurance coming from them. Unfortunately for them, just because you say it doesn't make it true.
