Don't normally see or need it at RL and Wigan games
BUT
I’m hoping and expecting to see a Police presence on Friday as we all know Wire cause trouble wherever they go.
Shame really but hey that’s what you get with Warrington.

The only club that ever seems to have any trouble with our fans is Wigan, no smoke without fire. |

Wasn't there trouble with Wire and Hull as well a couple of years ago?
I'm not suggesting out fans are angels by any stretch of the imagination, but I've been to every ground in the league and the only time I've felt a small police presence was necessary was when we played Wire.
Both clubs need to recognise that there's more potential than normal for it to kick off between both sets of fans, and take pre-emptive actions to stop it. |
