Yeah Powell was great as well, I just found that once Burgess went off the Aussies got back in it and took the lead, as soon as he came back on the whole team seemed to be lifted and we came back and won.

It was two bursts from Milner that led to tries which dragged England back from 30-18 down to 30-28. Didn't look likely in my view without his bursts. Vital contribution.

Cas fan on the thread is pretty confident they would keep it but temps on BBC for today in Cas are max -1 and low - 6 and Tues max 0 and low -7

They were pretty confident at Leigh on Saturday that the game would be moved from Cas to Leigh.

I can't see them running the risk of hoping for a thaw in Cas and then it doesn't materialise and they're left with no plan B. I can get to the game this time around as well



P.S. The chicken balti pies are spot on at the LSV! They disappeared for a short while during last season but I mounted a one man campaign for their return

Think it's Oxo, but that's a whole different debate altogether - the catering at Halifax is divided between EMC (same as Leigh) who have the tender for the new East Stand, and a local company who have a van behind the South Stand. As part of the deal for EMC, said van has to charge the same (expensive) prices as EMC when selling the same product, so what has happened is that EMC sell Oxo at £2 a cup, and the van sells Bovril at 90p a cup...genius, and entirely off the track of this thread

They had Bovril cups on Saturday, I just got a brew, wasn't too impressed that I didn't get the choice to not have milk but that's just being picky.

I want to, not eaten for 2 days though, feel like my head is in a vice. Hoping I'm feeling better as I enjoyed Saturday immensely (except the journey to and from the ground).
