Well the whole point of playoff rugby is that the results could go either way and this one is no different. Can we win? Definitely..but then so could HKR! I'll still be turning up, as all fans of either team should, expecting a win!

Rovers turned up to the KC with expectation ( and desire ), this week we turn up with hope ( and desire ).

I've got total respect for KR, one of my favourite teams in super league - entertaining to watch, a decent articulate coach and best of all for home games superb travelling support. My plan is to enjoy the atmosphere and game on Friday and take the result if it comes.

I think the Hull derby will have taken a lot out of rovers and not just the physical aspect. Mentally they were building up to that like a grand final, there was so much riding on it and they executed a perfect plan. Monkey off their back in finally beating the big boys of the city and in winnning their first play off game. Think morgan is a very good coach though and this will be a massive challenge for him.

After the last Hull derby we played HullFC at their place and look what the score was then.
Similar would be very good but in the end a win, any win will do!

Going to be a nail biter that's for sure! If Rovers play like they did last weekend and we play like we did, then it will be season over for us!

If Rovers do beat Wigan then I will be supporting them for the rest of the play-offs! They're a decent team, coached by a decent bloke.

In Wigan? No chance!

It sounds like HKR will be bringing a great support over. They're a credit to the game both home and away and if we do happen to get beat by them on Friday i'll have no problem supporting them for the rest of the play offs.

It's shaping up to be a cracker on Friday. I'm not confident about the game but hope i'm wrong and we get another crack at those tools from Headingley next week.

What a difference between a similar thread that ran on Hull's board last week. I love coming to Wigan, great fans and great atmosphere. I think we both know this game could go either way, we'll be massive underdogs and a win would be fantastic, but we'll just have to see what the night brings. If we play like last week and control Sam Tomkins we're in with a chance.
