Actually it was mostly a close game being predicted on here, with a number of people actually favouring Warrington. Unlike one of the fantasy threads on your boards

| Did Sam Tomkins play last night or was he sat at home with his feet up learning about controlling a game from Lee Briers?
And can Harrison Hanson's mate ask how he got on being after Adrian Morley - that would be next Thursday sometime when his head has stopped ringing from Louis Anderson's tackle

I presume he has added Louis Anderson to the 'after him' list now.................

Briers out played Tomkins, well observed. Given there's an 11 year age difference between the two, I'm willing to bet by the end of their careers Tomkins will be leaving the game with a far greater legacy and a lot more silverware.
One thing's for certain too, I'd rather have Sam who is capable of creating something (see Tuson's try) than an over hyped support player by the name of Richie Myler.

I'll take that bet, with the added clause of "when he moves to a better club"

Maybe he should have kept an eye on Louis Anderson.

Different style of players sunshine - like comparing Shaun Edwards (who was little more than a support player) and Garry Schofield (who had the creative spark Tomkins does, but no-one liked him either).
Tomkins will look good in primrose & blue alongside Myler in a few years though.

Yeah you chose to overlook the point of the post which was comparing two completely different styles of player - I called Edwards a support player knowing there was more to his game than that & you called Myler the same seemingly ignoring the fact that he is more than that. Seems you don't really watch much rugby at the minute...

You actually said Edwards was 'little more than a support player', which means there was little more to his game than that. The key is your use of the word little, which turns your sentence into a negative. Please don't ever get a job in diplomacy.

Of course, Myler (20 I believe ) has time to improve too, but as I say, I think Sam is by far the more creative of the two.
