I think he was from St Helens, I seem to remember that he played for Blackbrook. I could well be wrong though |

If you've seen this lad play on numerous occasions you're well within your rights to make comments about him. On the other hand, if you've never seen him play or only watched him once or twice how can you make these comments?
In my opinion, Ben Currie is one of the best players at this age as proven by his scholarship with Wigan for the past few years and also being part of the England team for several years and recently numerous clubs wanting to sign him professionally.
At this moment in time he has chosen the club that best suits his needs as many other young players have done whichever club that may be. Look at the likes of Paul Wood who plays for Wire but supports Wigan and numerous other players that play in Super League.
I believe Wigan have lost a star player but only time will tell.
