I saw one of the fights on Sky sports news last night, looked interesting.
Think yourselves lucky you are not going into your next game 5 down like Quins ended up with last year after a punch up!!
LMS got 3 reduced to 2 games for running in and elbowing I believe. The rest got one.- We lost the next game by 60 to the bottom team!!!!

| You need to take them tinted specs off boys, what Mason did looked bad ,but if you watch the clip again without them specs you will see your overated captain hitting Griffin from behind and you scrumhalf sending a few in aswell,so fair play to Mason for helping a team mate out,oh and as for cowards please, how can you lot talk about that when you have Hock runing around in your team,so it may cost Mason a couple of games but we wont loose the points will we.   , |

Acually, the quality of Biff is rubbish these days (says this punch drunk old fart).
I see players belting each other these days but very rarely any damage done. I honestly cannot condone violence but the current players don't seem very good at it.

watched it again tonight and your prob right about lockers...but mason was well out of order...whish hanson hadnt got nocked over and hammered him....hes a right dirty piece of work.
Tommy only got involved when mason did his cowardly act on hanson..which considering the relative sizes of the two players, top marks to tommy for sticking up for his mate and being brave enough to have a right good go at a front row forward.....he got a few in and actually came out of that one on top IMO ...mason is a pr1ck and a right dirty 5h1t....right up their with mary fartontheloo as the dirtyiest 5h1thouse coward in super league, always looking to hurt the opposition through dirty cowardly tactics. THe sooner someone does what bailey did to mary to mason the better!....mason deserves nothing but a heafty ban of at least 5 matches! |

The last really good bit of biff I saw was Barrie Mac and Jerry SeuSeu at our place. Barrie crunched him in a tackle and stayed on top of him screaming in his face. The referee should have got hold of the situation then but he let the blatant holding down and sledging go unpunished.
Next scrum they packed down head to head and when the scrum broke they stayed there going toe to toe. Shirts ripped, blooded faces, both 10 mins and no cases to answer. Exactly how it should be in RL. |

Yes lockers was on griffins back but was trying to pull him off. Griffin started the fight needlessly anyway. Add to that if Mason really had a grievance he should have surely gone to lockers to get him off and not had a cowardly shot to the player who was legitimately fighting man on man with griffin!!
Leuleui only comes in when hansen is knocked down by masons thugary and cowardess, showing his loyalty to his team mate and bravery by taking on a man twice his size. Leuleui should be commended for that....added to the fact he had some pretty good fighting/ boxing technique going on there as he clearly got the better of mason by flying in which quick shots and getting out of range so he couldnt counter. Top marks tommy....showed the coward what bravery really looked like.
As for the whole brawl tho....best bit of biff we've seen in a while IMO. and the RFL have got it right, no one should be charged but the thug mason as apart from his cowardess and thugary it was just a bit of biff from all concerned!! |
