It's a stunning effort and he looks to be timing his run of form to perfection in terms of winning the Man of Steel award.
As for Grahams effort again it's immense. His actual metres per run isn't that great(quite abit less then Fielden) but he just makes so many. His fitness levels and determination are supreme.

As a Saints fan, it looks to me that Pat deserves MOS.
He is good but also consistent with it. Many players have a good game one week and a poor showing next week.
Pat adds an element of stability to the whole team
Take a real good one to beat him.
Looks like we shall have to surrender MOS to a pie.

He has also carried the ball up more than 100 times less than Graham, which is a great achievement to be that close. One thing that as surprised me on his stats is his 11 try assists. Im guessing majority of these came when he was at FB, but that is great and shows there is nothing Pat cant do. |
