Also a bit like when the Indian variant, was that to scare people in this Country with Indian/Pakistani heritage who had a low uptake on the jab to be scared into having it? Would they havr had the jab if it was a Japanese variant? Or Argentinian variant? Or by having the specific Indian variant is that enought to scare that community into coming forward for the jab? In the Summer I was on a 12 week course with 1 x Sikh and 2 x Muslims and this is why they had the jabs. Funny the Government has behavioural scientists working with them but when sceptics point some form of phyops out they are classed as antivaxxers or conspiracy theorists.

However, why are hospital admissions for December around 15% higher than the national average if omicron is just a bad cold? Especially when you consider 90% double jabbed and x % had been boostered ?

Why haven’t they found any “eastern european” variants or “african” variants etc to scare those communities into getting the jab?

Vaccine uptake across different ethnicities in the UK is low so why stop at Indian variant?

Have a covid passport that allows you entry to large-scale events and also nightclubs/restaurants for all those double/triple/quadruple vaccinated, but you must have the option of a negative lateral flow test taken within the last 24 hours as its completely unfair to exclude the unwilling unvaccinated from society.

This policy fits in well with the rumour that LF Tests will soon no longer be free for the whole nation.

Just posting facts to help the discussion along - I always find it surprising how different people react when faced with facts that don't suit their argument - some move to the straw man phase, some move to the conspiracy phase, some just tend to ignore them as it doesn't suit their agenda.
