i would have thought if we are wanting to entertain close on 20,000 fans then at least we could have got an "established" pop singer or band............not some wannabe

You're having a laugh. What a fantastic waste of money that would be. By all accounts this guy is a good singer and won't be costing the earth, no point spending a load of money when 90% of us don't watch the pre match (personally I wish they'd do away with all that rubbish, except the kids games at half time). |

He was an average pub singer, nothing more.
However, Laurence Robinson wasn't at his best last night either.
