The problem is the DW stadium, it's impossible to create an atmosphere unless its full. There is nothing wrong with Wigan fans vocal support, as everyone will be able to see for themselves at St. Helens next Monday.

So many times I've heard away fans boast "well you might have battered us on the pitch, but at least we out-sang you on the terraces", and yet an equal number of times I've heard Wigan out-sing other fans at their own grounds. It's just the way it is.

Weren't these the same fans (some of) who were battling at Wakefield last week?

Worst fans in the league? I think that is London, as they barely have any. Wigan are the best supported club for the last 2/3 (cant quite remember) years, so get your facts right before you spit your dummy out.

I wouldnt say our fans drove the brigantes out. The fact that they thought they were hooligans turned wigan fans against the group, they didnt want to associate themselves with the brigantes. Then there was the Huddersfield incident and that drove the group apart. The brigantes always created a good atmosphere especially at away games, thats what our fans miss. The displays, the chants, the atmosphere. Not the hooligan image. We didnt drive the brigantes out, they drove themselves out. It was always going to turn sour when they classed themselves as Ultras.

I didnt say we had better fans than just London, i said we have the best in the league. The award for the best supported club proves that. Im pretty sure our fans dont just sing Wigan Wigan Wigan all the time. You're probably just a bitter Widnes fan.

Ive sang my lungs out and applauded wildly in defeat, when we've put up a good fight. Widnes were an awful on the night, they gifted tries for fun..how anyone can be happy with that performance beggars belief
