I agree - the system is less favourable to us than it would have been in the top 6. But the point is I think we're looking good for the first game whether it be against Hull or Leeds given the result yesterday.

Probably edging towards wanting Leeds to win, if only because I find it tiresome listening to Warrington fans telliing me how good their team is all the time. I know quite a few Warrington supporters and I can honestly say I can't recall a conversation about Rugby League in general with any of them. Conversations usually take the same direction with all of them telling me about Wire this/Wire that with no real interest in anything I have to say about Wigan or anyone else. A lot of Saints fans I know feel the same way, and there was a recent thread on the Hull board with similar conclusions. Either way I won't be losing any sleep over who wins, but I must admit having to chose between Saints and Warrington would be akin to having to choose whether you want to lose both eyes or your meat and two veg.

Either way, i genuinely don't fear Leeds. They conceded another 20+ points yesterday. Its that about 10 games in a row now?

They'll finsh either 4th or 5th out of a 14 team league. This shows they are a good team but not really near the best. They are closer to being average.

Dont mention that to a Leeds fan, they'll never shut up. I made that mistake yesterday....

I'd imagine the stewards and police will have a very busy day come cup final weekend. In my experience when Leeds get to a cup final they usually attract a large proportion of Leeds Utd fans for the day. I can't see them being as accomodating as the normal RL fan to those pesky Wire fans and their usual antics.

I doubt that'll be a problem, tbh. Yes, there will be United fans following the Rhinos, but not all United fans are hooligans and that element is not attracted by big, expensive games with high scrutiny and no "rivals". They're after the opposite, from what I know about it. I'd be amazed if there was any substantial trouble at the game.

I don't care which of the two win the CC as long as it is a good game and both teams knock seven bells out of each other. Let's just hope both teams are knackered for the playoffs and we can have a nice big derby day at OT

As a Wire fan, I know that beating Leeds will be a tough ask - they are pretty good and experienced in big finals (albeit mostly at Old Trafford rather than Wembley recently). The big question mark over us is that we haven't beaten one of the big teams this season but if you're going to do it, then no place better than Wembley.
