Yeah I get that but to do the double header means that something had to give. They take it to Saints then its relatively fair for the women but for the men Wigan only travel a few miles and HKR are a couple of hours away. There's no perfect formula.

| It would have made more sense for the Wigan v Hull KR game to be on the Saturday afternoon and the Saints v Leigh game to be on the Sunday early evening slot. Both Wigan and HKR fans have to travel and most of them will have work on the Monday morning. Saints and Leigh fans have next to no travel. Venues are correct but the days should have been reversed.

We can only be thankful they’ve not put it in Hull on a Thursday night.

| A repeat of the 1963 and 1985 semi finals - both played in Leeds and both won by us! Let’s hope it continues.

| Nobody has the South stand according to the press release from HKR about their tickets.
Weird! (Although maybe they’re saving it for the Leeds fans who will come and watch their women play at a nuetral venue).

My thinking. Easy to let them in for one game and then out again

Or it could be something to do with wanting to show the ground as full. The south stand has the TV cameras on top of it.

Going to be a bit of an atmosphere killer with how they have layed it out.
Each team gets behind the post allocation (Wigan get shafted with no roof) and 3 blocks each of the north stand with inflated prices (who in there right mind is going to pay the £40 price bracket for not even halfway line views?). Can't understand the logic of having either sets of fans as far away from eachother as possible just to accomodate the low number who will be there specifically to watch the women's game.
Have one set in the south, one in the north, east seated for Womens game, east terrace for North stand fans who want to stand (also assume north has lower capacity to south so this would even it up). Keep west terrace as an overspill for if either or both teams manages to sell out their allocation (unlikely).
South pricing - Terrace £20 / Seating (£30 & £20 on 2 blocks either end)
North pricing - Seating £30 & £20 on 2 blocks either end) / East Terrace £20
West overspill (if needed - £20)
At least you would get a bit more atmosphere with majority of fans being down the sidelines + should look better for the TV camera's.

| The Western terrace is the worst place in Superleague to watch a game from as an away fan, so it’s frustrating if we’re being forced in there (if you want to stand) when a full touch line will be empty.

If it rains you're coming off like a drowned rat, view's not bad if you don't mind being behind the goal but the big screen is out of sight for probably 75% of the people stood there, also if you want a prime spot right behind the goals you're probably going to get covered in beer, a trend that's crept in on away days that I absolutely despise

Yes i would put it at joint 2nd worst alongside Cas (Although the locals mixing in and standing at the back just to be poophouses might put Cas as worse). Wakefield is the worst for me, terrible viewing on that terrace.
Edit - also when we was there last year they had shut the bogs near the benidorm flats leaving just the little ones near the scorboard for the whole away end.

| I prefer Cas and Wakey tbh. You can get to a toilet and for a pint or some food quicker. You also have the option to move and find cover if needed. The view is no worse at either as well IMO. It really gets on my nerves when Headingley is lauded as this super stadium. It’s a cracker for the home support but the away supporters have had the mick ripped out of them for years.

| Talking of the Semi, Peet confirmed earlier that KPP should be back in a couple of weeks, so that’s handy. Hopefully we don’t lose anybody else beforehand and then with him and Ellis back in, the pack should be looking much more like it.

| The Ellis ban is really annoying, no need for it at all and now we're going to be stuck with 5 min cameos from Singleton/Mago for three weeks
