In 2010 o'donnell speared Boyd on his head, punched and head butted Dave Taylor and didn't even get sin binned. Just on report.

What a shocker from the Video Ref to say that Farrah intentionally kicked that ball deliberately is ridiculous not to mention theres question marks over the potential knock on from Slater too difficult to suggest if it went backwards when he is travelling sideways they've well and truly screwed NSW on that one.

Does it matter if he's intentionally kicked it? It wasn't a loose carry from Inglis and the boot knocks the ball right out of his hands. Had it been intentional then it could be penalised, but not intentional is play on.

It's a similar situation to the last ditch tackle during the Wigan-Saints game where people were puzzled by the decision to award a drop out after Hughes appeared to knock the ball out. It wasn't intentionally knocked out but the attacking player isn't responsible for promoting the ball forward so it's play on.

how can you put a player on report for attacking a team mate?

NSW where the better side imo and I think that spell where Jennings was sent to the sin bin was what made the difference. Think it was a bit harsh that he was the only player binned. When you could have picked out a few other things that warranted the same treatment, in particular the ball throwing which kicked it all off in the first place.

My summary of the result is as follows:

NSW Forwards: 8/10
NSW Backs: 8/10
QLD Pack: 7/10
QLD Backs: 10/10

NSW collectively were good, but until that backline/halves break up I can only see QLD dominance for years to come, they are able to ease up a gear when needed like the Kangaroos v's GB.

Once Lockyer retires they won't be the force they were though...

Was Ian Smith video ref? Even if he decided it was play on after the ball was kicked out of the hands, Inglis then clearly knocks on with his arms before regathering it to ground the ball.

Bit disappointed that the Maroons did just enough to win, its given the roaches hope for the next game and will keep interest alive, but on their day Queensland should thump them. Inglis, dont think so!!! More importantly what happened at the end of the Dragons South game?
