I don’t have a good feeling for tonight. Hoping Wire aren’t match ready given they’ve had a few weeks off.

We are always one stupid decision by a player from ruining a performance. Warrington have been miles off but we are what we are, a very limited and poor side when it counts.

I think it was a decent first half performance. We have had some excellent attack and alright-ish defence. The reason we’re behind is the clear lack of direction going forward and powder puff defence - the Austin try for example, Clarke ghosted through Clubb (and Partington).

Warrington have been poor. Really susceptible to errors and poor attack. That, IMO, sums up where we are as a team.

Better effort so far, we are just like some strike and talent. Put a fully French, Field, Hardaker and Manfredi in that team and we are probably 20 points better off.

I can see us fading and conceding tries late on, that will flatter Warrington.

I somehow thought this was going to be on the (council) telly, or ourleague. Now mulling over whether to go down the pub for the second half.

A much better performance so far but still far, far too many errors. At least we look to be creating chances again.

They are lucky to be in front, both in the balance of the performance and I feel a bit aggrieved at both their tries.

We need to cut down the errors and show a bit more composure.

I think we’ve played well but a lot might be down to Warrington playing crap. I just hope the extra defensive work they have had to make will tire them in the second half but I can’t see it, I imagine they will pull away for a flattering win.

Has there been a penalty in the first half? I can’t remember any which must be a first for us.

Different team with go forward, but sadly 3 of our 5 middles have next to go forward tonight.

I’d bring Havard off give Club and Byre 10 more minutes then run the last 30 with Singleton and Havard.

Used KPP as a foil a lot in first half hoping to see him get a bit more ball in the second.

If we are still in it when they come back on (not that he will do it) we win.

That was an absolute b077ocks decision.

I think that it's been a very good game we can put some errors to the conditions and some to the pressure both sides are putting eachother under. If both sides can keep hold of the ball better Warrington especially we could be in for a really good game irrespective of the winner.

Harry Smith still shouldn’t be near this team.

Our passing is shocking always behind the man or too slow.

Another shocker there…we’re still our own worst enemies though. We should be out of sight and it shouldn’t matter.

Harry Smith and sadly at the moment Powell costing us games.

Powell has reverted to just bring a tackling machine who offers nothing in attack, Smith is just poor. I don’t see anything in him to be a player capable of being a 7 in a top team.

I’d love to see his stats for putting the ball out on the full.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen 1 player kick it out on the full in their entire career never mind in his short career to date.

And now we’re stopping for cramp…you couldn’t make it up.

Unfortunately this second half has been a return to the Wigan we know and bemoan. No idea what to do with the ball. Tommy is wondering around like a lost child and Hastings had been anonymous (FWIW I don’t think it’s his fault, he’s being played in the complete wrong position).

My only good points so far are KPP and Singo who for me have been outstanding.

It’s the 1%’s where we let ourselves down. Players having to stop to catch the pass as it goes behind them is just very basic but it takes all the momentum out of the play.

Surely it’s time to get Smith out for a break, and get JH back in the halves. We’re at least 2 trees better off IMO with that.

Reffing is ridiculous still.

Meanwhile we have a lad sat on the bench who hasn’t played a single minute in the game. Why did we not pick someone we could use? May as well have named three subs.

Loads of effort, no end product. This season just needs to finish, waiting to play teams worse than us, hoping for a boring win by 2 points isn't the most entertaining thing ever.

We must be top of the league for conceding s**t soft tries. I could take it if we were being blitzed by good rugby, but it’s the scruffy head scratchers every week that kill me.
