Well that was a lot more than last week's trip to London! But of a shakey start but we played some great stuff in the second half. Bowen was imperious, Williams had some lovely touches although he did make a couple of bad errors. Gildart looked full of confidence and did everything asked of him, scoring one try and making another. Great to see a bit of spark and invention in our attack.

Good 2nd half from Wigan. Bowen had another good game, made a great break off his line. Scott D was laughing at him as he caught him 20-30 yards out - quite amusing.

Gildart showed some nice touches in attack and did well in defence .

Just watched the tries - some terrific play. We look like we're timing our run well again.

Great post. Bowen and Williams are our real attacking threats and both have to play well if we are to win at Old Trafford.

Williams is just getting better game on game, If Smith brings his, normally great, playoff kicking game we'll be great.

Bowen after a laughable Saints away match has turned it round and if he carries on this form til the end of the year he'll leave with fond memories from his time here. Would love his to get that GF winners medal his career deserves.

These two creative players, Smiths good kicking game, forwards to up the line speed intensity (like they did last year at this time) and the wingers to carry on finishing, I think we can trouble Leeds.

At the moment Grand Final wise I see it Leeds 60% Wigan 30% Other 10%. Hoping for another Wembley hangover!!

I'd put Saints well in the mix after last night. Their line speed was impressive and when they play with that level of intensity and aggression they're tough to stop because they have some really big forwards.

Their style doesn't suit us and I feel they have the edge yet I believe we can get over Leeds because they play a risky offloading game that will always give us chances.

Huddersfield in the semis followed by Leeds in the final would be our ideal route IMO.

Agree I'd like the semis to be Wigan vs Hudds, Leeds vs Saints. Wigan Saints is always a coin toss it seems!

They looked back to the Saints side of the early season last night but it's tough to really judge against a Leeds side who's minds were clearly elsewhere and had rested players.

We've secured a semi final now anyway regardless of who we play so we're in the mix and playing pretty well.

The week after a challenge cup win isn't the best time to judge a performance .

I totally agree, Saints have not really shown anything to suggest that they can be taken as a threat. But who knows, i sense this will bite my bum..

Leeds were poor Friday definite hangover from the CC and they had key players out, they were there for the taking. Saints did enough to win but we're not convincing Wilkin seems key to them and how they will fair in the playoffs. Match the pack and their backline struggles. Looking at points difference there is only 26 between Wigan and Leeds, Win the remaining games and Wigan have a good shot at top place.

I know people are praising Bowen and Williams (quite rightly) but I would like to give Larne Patrick a big rap also. Play him in the second row he's a different player. Never a prop in a million years.

From my experience yesterday, there was nothing wrong with the location. We were treated very well, politely and helpfully by the staff at Millwall. There were probably more [upaying[/u spectators yesterday than what would have been had the game been at Wigan. The time to judge will be over the next three or four years and see if it grows as an event.

Fans had better get used to it, because it will happen.
