I can see where you're coming from, but I think Farrell would play much better if he was allowed to start and play the majority of the game. I think when Farrell starts a game he offers more than when Hansen starts, and when it comes to the bench I think Farrell starting with Joel coming off the bench gives a lot more strength than Hansen starting and Farrell coming off the bench.
I expect Maguire will go with Hansen to start and both Joel and Farrell on the bench though.

After losing a lead like last weekend Mcguire usually makes a change or two. Prescott, Hansen and Joel are the most vulnerable and possibly two of the three could start from the bench or be dropped altogether. Lima may well be a forced absentee.
Farrell and Tuson are obvious replacements for the backrowers and Fielden in to replace Lima if he gets a ban.

Was impressed with Bradford who had some terrible decisions go against them. That pen try simply beggard belief! Only Leeds could get a decision like that.

I thought Joel was poor by his standards against Saints, so dropping to the bench might wake him up a bit! Whereas Farrell deserves a starting spot.

If Deacs isn't fit - Lockers to 6, Hansen starting, Farrell to 13 and Tuson on the bench. If that's the case, I'd could see McIllorum playing the whole game. Perhaps makes more sense for Sam to move into the halves if Deacon isn't fit, but I don't think MM will do that - he's shown time and again that he wants to keep Sam at full-back now.

Hope Joe Mellor gets some games under his belt for Quins - we could need him later in the season, so it'd be good if he got some SL experience under his belt.

I wish people would stop writing Deacon off as some sort of crock even when he takes a knock to the head. Anybody can take one of those, doesn't mean you're injury prone.

You do have a point, it's pretty hard to be injury prone regarding blows to the head. Unless your name is Paul Prescott of course.

Charnley on the bench would be ok though as it would allow Sam to go to 6 rather than moving O'Loughlin to 6. There's no doubting who's the better half out of those two.

We always struggle with Lockers at 6 so thats a big no no from me.

Well, there's a chance that Bradford will be without both 1st choice half-backs.

Briggs picked up a knock to the knee against Leeds and Herbert, who missed the Leeds game due to a hamstring strain, is only 50/50 for Sunday.

I'm sure Lockers played at 6 in the Hull KR playoff game last year.

Then again I think Lockers at 6 hinders us more than it helps us if I'm honest

He did, but if we're going to switch players about, the Back Row is the best place for us to do it given the strength in depth we have there.
