Exactly.
He's the kind of player you turn to if you can't get out of your own 30 and need some yards, gives the crowd and the team a bit of a lift. The problem is trying to find the right times to introduce him to maximise his effect.

probably not seen him before in an all white strip, he's hard not to miss !
Salford have yet to use him to advantage , taking the ball in from a standing start 3 yards out . I think the plays will come ( running from deep - wider out etc ).
Lima certainly make an impact and I think he will go well for you.
Feka's already had a great impact off the field at Salford since he's arrived. I'm going to give more than one game for us on field before I pass such judgement.
There was a fair amount of good hits from both sides for a first outing and it would've been even more enjoyable had it not been for Bentham's over jealous whistle blowing.'"
He'll go well for you. It sure will come a fans favourite very quickly, his downfall at Wigan is that he wasnt used correctly as a pure impact player. For a few seasons prior to 2010 he has to play too much game time and it became a problem in the defensive line when a quick footed player would target him and run around him.
Use him correctly and there isnt many better impact props in SL.

Using Feka correctly though is the hardest task youll find though.
Yeah you can intend to use him for just impact at certain points of the game, and use him to your advantage but last season - we was the best side in the competition, we had the best defence but yet other teams exploited Feka in defence when he come on to add impact.
He is a luxury even the Champions couldnt afford last season,, hes a top guy and wore his heart on his sleeve and loved the Wigan club but his professionalism within getting himself to a fit and able standard to perform to a standard every game for at least 40/50 minutes is debatable.

| How times change.
This time last year this place was full of tales on how fit Palaaesina was looking and how he was going to tear Super League to bits.
Either way I will always fondly remember his time at Wigan for the important role he had in getting Warrington back to Wembley after twenty years.

He does, however, have as many super league winners rings as Warrington's entire starting 13 He scored a cracking try in the play offs against Hull KR too. Warrington could do with a player who turns up for the play offs

Small crumbs of comfort for you there.
While you were listening to how Feka was going to tear SL to bits in 2010, we were listening to how 2010 was going to be the year of the Wolf (again). Things don't always pan out the way folk expect.

True. But don't try to pretend the emphasis hasn't shifted to the play-offs.
Heaven's sake, Sheffield Eagles once won the Challenge Cup. It's a great achievement, but it's not the be-all any more.
With everything we were hearing about Wire at the start of last season, you'd have thought they'd sweep the board. But they didn't do as well as expected in the league, and their play-off adventure as a complete wash-out.
Feka may ultimately have been a disappointment, but he didn't prevent Wigan becoming champions. What prevented Warrington?

It is my opinion that a 'double' is no longer viable with the greater number of teams available to challenge/affect the outcome of the GF. When it had been a carve-up between Saints and Leeds a CC win (and the associated short turnaround to the play-offs) didn't particularly effect either team as neither had to be at their best to get to the GF.
I don't believe this to be the exclusive reasoning behind Warrington's poor showing, the preference to play dry weather rugby in monsoon-like conditions in consecutive games (not learning from the Saints game is unforgivable in my book), allied to the above is the reasoning behind a poor play-off showing.
The 'emphasis' shifting to the play-offs is down to the hyperbole of Sky. It is hardly a new competition is it?
Sheffield Eagles winning the CC, once, doesn't automatically devalue the competition, why would it?
I would dearly love to get to the GF at the expense of the CC, but my personal reasoning is solely for a new experience not putting a stronger emphasis on the GF than the CC.

I'm dying for us to do the double this year!!!
Still not sure whether or not I agree with having the final in august yet. I think teams being rather rusty at the start of the year would make for some much better cup ties.

I wouldn't be surprised if a double was won by Wigan next year. It's definitely viable and will happen lots more times.
