Apparently a lorry jack knifed outside the Abbey Lakes pub. Had no problem getting in and out of Wigan on the bus today (352).

Good covering in Rochdale main roads ok, side roads a bit dodgy, car is not going anywhere today, but I am getting fed up with all this kick and scrum on tele today.

Friday was a nightmare on King St for taxi's, I eventually managed to get a lift off a friend but it took over an hour to get from Wigan to Ashton. Last night was abit better though!

We have no water now, got a little electric heater on the pipe where it comes into the house but it's doing nothing. Resorted to collecting snow in pots and pans!
