smith might have got some decisions right, but what really stand out are the ones that are glaringly wrong. at the end of the day everyone gets sick of watching the game to see how the ref performs.

It's taken till the 79th minute for Eddie to even think about starting to suggest that Hull KR may have had a couple of calls against them!

surely that last try should have gone to the video ref a s it looked like he lost the ball, but the silverwood would take one look and give,just like the one after the sin binning as that looked like hull kr had hands under the ball

The last few games that I've watched Wire I've noticed that most of their play is based on offloads and monaghan running from dummy half creating chances. If you stop the offloads against that team they don't look like creating much. I think if you slow them down at the ruck and wrap the ball up with good technique in the tackle they look pretty ordinary in attack. Take note Mr Maguire

HKR never touched it for the first ten minutes, and Smith might as well have been wearing a wire shirt. One of the most one-sided displays I've seen. HKR should not have gone down to 12, whereas Briers should have gone for his foul at the PTB. Never a ball steal for the Wire penalty and the Hicks' foot in touch was missed as well.
This is our sport, and we're never going to attract new fans if they see this dross officiating.

The same reason the Hull KR player in the first half wasn't binned for holding back a supporting player on route to the try line. Smith Didn't deem it a try scoring opportunity, because there were defenders still to beat.

It wasn't really though was it, maybe on the score board. They were going to crack eventually, it was a matter of when. Very much like the Wire V Bradford game at the HJ earlier in the season, which was also on sky.
