come and watch the panthers one week. see the way they play, look at the quality in the team that already is there that the dual reg supplement, and you'll be happy that wigan players are there. they play expansive attacking rugby and its entertaining to watch.

dual reg means we can get them back easier than sending them on loan to a super league club and makes the liklihood of them getting a game each week greater. i maybe see your point in sending them to a championship club but they might not want them. i say send them where they are wanted, and if they go to championship 1 to play every week that is a good outcome, and sending them to panthers is best option down at that level

I agree with Markill, The recruitment has been good at Blackpool and they are clearly aiming for promotion. The team is probably better than the lower half of the championship and the benchmark will come on Sunday in the challenge cup at home to Whitehaven. Could be interesting for us Warriors fans Holland and Walker v Marsh and Veivers (If they all play)

i guess this rules out the cup game, but the Wigan players wouldn't be in the team for that anyway due to cup restrictions on dual reg's

the next home game clashes with our home game vs quins but this had to be moved by panthers due to availability of the woodlands ground where they play (home of fylde rugby union).

It is right, dual registered players are only registered with the lower league club for league competition. Wigan's dual registered players can only play for Wigan in the cup.

He went yesterday, and scored two tries.

Neil Holland played today for Blackpool against Whitehaven and had a massive game. So much for everyone knowing the dual registration rules. Cracking old fashioned challenge cup tie much more exiting then Sheffield yesterday great come back by Blackpool Panthers. Leeds Rhinos away in the next round.

And good to see Sam Tomkins there in the crowd. Although when I asked him whether he is signing for Panthers for next season he was a bit non-committal.
