I thought Long showed class in many parts of the game and the fact he is still able boss a team round the park as well as seem individually dangerous out of the surroundings of St Helens just goes to show what a class player he is.

I was calling him, chanting anti-Longy songs and enjoying him suffer a humiliating loss...But I do have respect for him as a Rugby League player.

If we had paid the same attention to Horne as we had to Long tonight, we may very well have kept them down to 6 or 12 points.

When you follow a club like Wigan you get to understand what the cycle of success is all about. We've had more periods of dominance than any other club in the history of this sport. Saints are waning, Wigan are rising. You don't have to sit on one side or the other of Billinge Hill to realise that.

He went missing tonight and I have never seen him do that against us in his entire career, he looked lost the entire second half.
