what has "forcing their way" in got to do with Hampden?

i seriously doubt they could have forced their way in anyway.

Hamden bears no comparison to Hilsbrough, or Heyshel.

btw iirc i heard the news on the coach radio coming back from watching Man City beat Latics in cup 1-0.

I haven't a clue but it obviously bears no significance whatsoever to what happened that day when it was safer to let the Utd fans outside enjoy the day rather than them try to get through the exit gates and possibly cause an incident (you brought it up so I presumed it would be similar to that - then again maybe it was just another dig at Latics/the stadium/dave whelan etc etc) or indeed why the pitch is f*cked which is what this thread is about. If I do decide to know what happened at Hampden then i'll look into it (having just tried to on google I found nothing so still don't know.

Apparently the pitch problems have been due to Latics training on it during the cold snap last month.

Spoke to someone tonight who went and he said the pitch has really cut up and he wouldn't like to see it next Tuesday for the Stoke match after we've played on it on Friday!

I told him that it's the Latics who are the pitch wreckers. He more or less agreed.

County brought around 1k and were the better side over the 2 games. Full credit to them.


Oh and as I said, the pitch is ed.
