| Wigan need to sever all ties/agreements with Leigh and look at Salford, Barrow, Widnes as a real partner. The whole Leigh organisation is ran by a bunch of incompetent, banjo playing spazmos.

| Does anybody really want our best young players coached by Ian Millward?
Didn't we try that once, not too long ago, and it ended in tears?
We should be trying tooth and nail, to keep the likes of Davies and Farrell away from Millward.

| I'd like to see us send any young players to a club like Barrow tbh. Thats nothing against Leigh but i just feel the move abit further away from home and the fact they'd more then likely have to live part time in Barrow would really serve them a good purpose allround. They'd not only be turning out for a good side but would also have to grow up abit and fend for themselves.
When considering who to send out on loan i'd guess they'll look where certain lads are in the pecking order for their own position. A player like Josh Charnley keeps getting mentioned as being very impressive by the coaching staff but with Richards, Roberts, Ainscough, pryce and even Goulding more likely to get a shot before him they could well look at a loan move for him.
On the other hand you've got a player like Liam Farrell who will probably get a game as soon as an injury crops up for one of J Tomkins, Hansen or Mossop until Bailey comes back. He is knocking right on the first team door and obviously won't be loaned out(or at least thats what i'd guess).

I love your tone. Do you run the Leigh club then?
That would explain a lot.

The thing is that these "loan" deals are nothing like the ones that we had until last season.
Under the new rules, you dual-register a player for both Wigan and (say) Leigh.
That player is then eligible to play for either team on any given week. So if we "loan" Farrell out to the Championship team and then one of our players is injured, we have immediate recall on him, with no "waiting period" like we had in the past

Yeah I appreciate that but tbh i'd still rather keep players like Farrell around the club so that they can train fulltime with the others players view a view to them actually playing some games. I'd say Farrell is more then likely going to get some games this season and it would be easier for him to fit straight into the side after a training with the players fulltime rather then him being called back at short notice and thrown in.
The players i'd expect to see loaned out are guys like Vievers, Charnley, Holland etc who would seem very unlikely to get a first team game this year. If via a bad injury crisis we need them then it would be great to have that option of bringing them back.

| I think we should lend them a "Yellow Team Leader" and particularly a "Green Team Leader", because neither could be found on Sunday.
I was trying to work out what they could be, and the best I could come up with was that the Green Leader is a groundsman, and the Yellow Leader is in charge of cleaning the toilets.

Or Yellow team is in for the Main Stain, and Green team for the Smaller Stands?

yes we had to use a whistle to signal the end of the match as most of you crust munchers have probably never heard the final hooter your'e normally on the Wigan walk before the match is over,

But to leave early, you've got to be there in the first place. Which kind of rules most of you lot out.
