This is the kind of thing that really gets on my nerves about Hemmings. The guy really is a shallow, two-faced sod. All the whingeing he did at the start of the season about how Wigan were a team full of foreigners (which wasn't actually true, but he rarely lets reality intrude into his anti-Wigan obsessions), but now suddenly, the coach responsible for those selections is a gem and we're foolish for releasing him.

I'm quite sure that if Wigan were to come up with a formula tomorrow that would pave the way for a golden future for all SL clubs, Eddie Hemmings would have some kind of problem with it.

There is no doubting the man is horrid at his job and a first class t0sser to boot. He is also getting worse as time goes by.

Your right there, he is getting worse for sure. Over the duration of SL I used to quite enjoy those two but as time goes on Eddie's cowardly sniping at us am really starting to grate. If he would just admit that he aint a fan it would be possible to have a begrudging respect for him, in the same way that you don’t hate every Saints fan because they enjoy banter with us.

In the years have gone by I used to feel slightly guilty if commentators such as Phil Clarke, Tezza or Carney bigged up Wigan whilst in a supposedly "neutral" position. But nowadays it has become a necessary evil in order to counter act the factually incorrect bile that the blue haired bum wipe happily spouts at every available opportunity.

Don’t get me wrong when it comes to Stevo I aint no fan, but as far as I can tell the rubbish that comes out of his trap is more a case of him trying to be controversial as opposed to him being biased.

Don’t get me started on that prat Cullen. Surely there must be better ex-players around that could do the analysis as opposed to this failed SL coach.
