No doubt about it - even if Ainscough plays on Friday scores hat trick - there wont be a chance he will play the follwoing week.

Noble was critcal of his preformence against Wakefield and if Pryce or Ainscough do a decent job on the wing on Friday coupled with a solid display at fullback from Roberts or Richards(A minimum i'd expect from either) i don't see him getting back in for quite a while.

You'd think the logical solution would be to put a 6ft 5 monster there instead but our 6ft 5 monster doesn't look like he can jump or catch going off the pre season games!

I think Nobby sees Roberts as the long term fullback here tbh but Richards may be the safest option until Amos settles in and gets fully fit.

didnt think goulding was that bad on friday, he was one of our better players- should keep him in the centres though, he is not a full back. the lad looks as though he is maturing into a good player.

Play him on the wing in attack only and switch to FB when defending

let's hope someone at Wigan sees that suggestion and does it. That'd be great I think. Only problem is if we make an interception up the field and Richards isn't close enough then he may not be able to get to the corner but let;s be honest how often do we make any sort of interception and break? HA!

Very true, as much as I like Pat at FB, his kick-return's not good.

Do you not recall his first season playing in the centres? I'd clone 4, 2 wings, a FB and a reserve in case of injury.

I thought Roberts looked fairly good at full back, apart from one mistake in both games he's done pretty well. I'd like too see him run the ball back with more venom though, can't stand seeing players jog horizontally on kick returns looking for a gap that doesn't exist.

we did miss him, but only as a scapegoat. Hopefully the rest of the team will get their fair share of criticism now.

Not that I am saying Ritchie doesnt deserve all he got (and more)
