Almost got teary when George was saying his goodbyes and superstar Bradley Wiggins was Very funny.

Nice to see MickyMac get the coaches award too, well deserved although he was being very understated and cool about it all.

Shame that Stu Fielden did not say a few words, I know he has his critics, but the vast majority of fans seem to like him and he would have given us some bite up front next year. Good luck Stuey.

Interesting that 3 different players won various guises of the player of the year awards. Is one player not allowed to win them all or is it a case of people trying to be 'quirky' and ignore the obvious choice of Sam for the other 2 he didn't win?

I don't think anyone can complain about who got what award. I think they were all spot on.

Hansen is one of my favourite players and has been great this year but come on, the ultimate award had George's name on it from the start and deservedly so.

I was really pleased to see Hughes get some recognition. I reckon he has the same quality as a young Joel Tomkins so nice to see him recognised.

Was indeed a joke at the state of Mr Wiggins.

Very enjoyable evening, was sat next to Jeff Lima, interesting he said that Sean O'Loughlin was as good a player/captain as anyone he had played with, including Cameron Smith.

Corn fed chicken and apricot terrine, studded with pistachio nuts.

Braised steak with caramelised onion jus topped with Yorkshire pudding, served with market fresh veg and potatoes.

Strawberry meringue pavlova, complimented by raspberry coulis.

Coffee and mints.
