Has anybody succeeded using Wigan's eticketing (Ticketmaster) yet?

Just been tweeted that they are aware of some problems with the online ticket service. "Please be patient and we will bring you more information when we have it"

Don't waste your time phoning the 0870 number it gives for 'any problems'. It cuts you off after telling you it's 10p per minute and giving you a list of options.

AND...my basket has now been emptied and I have been logged out.
Oh well...

Same happened to me before, I thought that it must have rebooted and started working but no such luck

Well for those of us who went down to the ground early in the wind and the rain big thanks to the ticket office for opening up early and dealing very well with large and various orders from everyone , pat on the back from me , back home warm up ,now off to wire, this could be a very good weekend

WW site acknowledging problems - did nobody @ eTicketing pay any attention to what was happening with their clients (although given they've still got a banner with Sam T staring out at people, attention to detail seems to be a low priority).

Tickets showing good sales in our end on the RFL website. I managed to get 2 £50 tickets in 405 block last night.

Been looking again today and there isnt many 2 seats together in most blocks apart from the cheap £35 ones towards the back at the top.

Block 233 through rfl, sorted !

bought my tickets via the rfl (as i have done the last few times). manage to get on a lot easier than the wigan site !

I just went on the Rfl website at 9am and got some good seats in E239 behind the sticks bottom tier.

I honestly don't know why people would queue up in the rain at 6am to try and get the 'best' seats. Its a Grand Final at Old Trafford. Pretty much every seat is a good seat IMO.

Couldn't get them on the RFL site this morning because I think where I wanted had been block booked by the Warriors. Went on our web site at 11am and got two in E236 straight away, right behind the sticks, three minutes done and dusted.

On the Wigan website? You must be the only person to have successfully bought a ticket through the club website. I've been trying since 11 and been getting error message after error message. Similar stories allover facebook and twitter also.

My first thought last night was to order via the club, but still logged on to the RFL site when I got home.
That played up in not allowing you to view the ground areas, as I wanted to purchase a £20 ticket.
It allowed me to order a £30 ticket in the corner (E232), where I note we have 634 official tickets.
Thought 'sod it' and went ahead. Given the comments I've seen this morning, I'm now glad I did.

I also gave up with the website and managed to get 6 in block E235. No queue at the ground whatsoever.

I've just got 7 off the Wigan website. Finally working after 5 hours of trying!

Hopefully it goes close to a sell-out. There were loads of empty seats in the Warrington end and the quadrants last year.

I logged onto the e-ticketing site dead on 11am and I got my two tickets with no problem thankfully.

Didnt get back from the game until 12 noon today . 2.5 hours on the Wigan site with no luck . Got two good tickets from the RFL .
