Whenever I got to United games (especially the big ones) the whole stretrford end is standing along with alot of the East stand as well.

They may frown upon it but there is nothing they can do about it other than making announcements over the sound system.

You might not get the bigger flags in judging by the ground regs

I sit at the back of the Kop and dont think iv ever sat down at a Liverpool home game in my life. You are correct though, the big European games and United/Everton the whole stand stands up throughout. Always have a good chuckle at the announcement over the tannoy though "Can all fans please be seated, anyone who persistantly stands will be ejected from the stadium" then you look around and the entire Kop is stood up.

Its a bit high up there. It would have better at the back of the lower tier.

I'd imagine we'd have been in front of the boxes with the flags and drums then though.

The ideal place would have been the East end of the ground in the usual away end at United games. That would have been perfect.

I sit there for United games anyway and it isn't that high really although you can't see the rest of the stadium because the roof comes down very low. Suppose thats a bonus if we were playing Leeds or Wire don't want to look at their fans

OT: I must say I've never known an uglier bunch of reject looking fans than those of the Rhino's. It's like they scoured the depth's of South Leeds to unearth the most repulsive individuals known to man.

In saying that every time they show the Wigan crowd it does tend to be overweight pensioners who figure most heavily.
