If anyone had said to me 2 weeks ago that we would beat Leeds at home, Saints Away, Wakey at home and Salford away I would have looked at them like they were mad. To gain maximum 8pts from 8pts over the Easter period is awesome, hopefully some rival supporters will start to give us a little respect from now on rather than "it's only Round Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven.....etc"

We didnt play as well as we could but defence was very solid and Salford didnt really look like scoring at all. Why the hell we didnt pass to Pat more was beyond me! We swung it out wide to him twice and he scored both times, if we had done it more he would of scored more. Goulding looked like he could of scored a couple in corner in 1st half as well but he didnt manage it. All in all a good day with other results going our way.

I was worried about this match tbh, missing a few players and Salford on a high, really pleased we won it. Salfords defence was fantastic but luckily ours was better. Our kicking game improved both sam and deacon, think they only kicked one bad one between them. Just a few dropped balls let us down, it seemed like we were trying to score every time we had the ball but we didnt need that, sometimes the dirty work just needs to be done.
