Good, i've been to Ash Vegas for a night out, i know what you lot are like.

If i was a athlete the size of bailey i would happily get in the ring with that mon.

But the fact bailey wont fight a guy the same size of himself will prove a stumbling block. thats why he wont fight guys like radford and coley for charity...wimp

mike cooper is a good boxer... he loves the biff as well....think we will see a good bit more biff from mike before his career ends.

Coley hit him once the other week and Bailey didnt want to know after that, he only turned up to have a go at Sam with 2 men already in there.

Can't remember who and what year it was but during his Bradford days Fielden was involved in a right nasty fight... can't remember what caused it but he certainly beat the man to a pulp. May of been a wakefield player, was reminded of it when Fielden was on Super Leagues SuperMen. They showed a quick clip of it but it was only around 3-5 seconds.

I remember a very young Fielden showing the master a few "tricks" when Barrie decked him during the tackle. Noble even alluded to the fact that Barrie got done in the post match interview IIRC. Somthing along the lines of student showing the master a thing or two.

These two must have had half a dozen scraps and i cant think of one occasion when you could say one battered the other.

Barries reputation may have preceded him, but Stu was more than a match.

Barrie did have a lot of respect for Fielden, but there was only ever one winner in the 'biff stakes'. Probably a different winner in the 'better prop forward stakes' though

I suggest you watch a video on a well known sharing site of them having a fight..and see who takes the knee after a uppercut..its not fielden i can tell you.

and ask barrie about stu he'll tell you he's as tough as he's ever played against.

There was a weird mutual respect between Barrie and Fielden. I remember them both getting binned for one of their frequent "disagreements" at Headingley, and as they ran off the field Barrie tapping Fielden on the shoulder and gesturing to him that they should have a pint after the game. Only in RL.

Brian Mac and Adrian Vowles could both do a bit. I remember James Lowes starting a ruck with Vowles and Vowles dropping the ball and getting his fists up sharpish. He had solid technique. Lowes' a**e fell out pretty sharpish.
