Seriously! Ryan Hall the perfect modern day winger! Can I take it from your statement that you have never seen the NRL? The NRL is the elite, best of the best, that is why Ryan Hall is not there. He is not the best winger in SL never mind in Oz.
SL is now a joke. Understandably the best players will go and test themselves in the best comp, and that is NRL. When Wigan is signing a 31 year old RU prop it is time to bail out. If I had wanted to watch an ageing yawnion player I would pay to be bored at a yawnion match. SL cannot be taken seriously anymore. Sam will not return and who would blame him? Thank god I can watch NRL, NFL and NHL on sky.

Ryan Hall is the best winger in the league and he is world class. He is committed to Leeds and is probably going to be a one club man. Just because he isn't going to the NRL doesn't mean he isn't world class. He got voted WBW for a reason because in my opinion he is. He is streets ahead of any other winger in super league.

I genuinely think Andy Powell will be a good addition to Wigan. He has all the makings of a quality league prop and I think he will be. You can't judge someone without giving them a chance. IL & SW have got signings pretty much spot on and i dont think this one will be any different. Give the guy a chance.

SL is very very slowly improving in certain areas. Other areas do need a kick up the backside yes. The RFL do need to change some things like league structure and the play off system im not denying that but IL summed it up in his press conference the other day very well. We have a good product with the Super League, it just needs some changes to improve it and for the RFL to get a good sponsor to the game. To say English RL is dying is absolutely ridiculous.

So a big strong fast winger is no where to be found in the nrl. Granted not seen as much of it this year but id have hall over any other winger in the league.

I was getting more at the fact that its only sver our boys who get talked about and why that is.

I know i will do. Its just frustrating to see rome burning and the powers that be are to lazy to even fiddle!

, unless something is done soon then the player drain will continue to NRL/RU,and when the best players have left you can bet your bottom dollar that Sky will go with them as well,and we will be left with a 2nd class league with no TV coverage at all

sky only care about 1 thing, and thats viewing figures.
after all, they've televised englisg club ru, so 'entertainment' doesnt really matter.

I was one of the people willing to give Hock the second chance.. He had it, he's gone.. There is no way SW or IL should or can comment, i think IL said it all.... No way back for me.

He did not get voted WBW by anybody apart from Leeds fans and Stevo and he never will be. Don't be fooled by Stevo's hype. If you listen to him long enough you will believe that we will smash the Aussies. I can even remember him and Eddie a couple of years ago saying that they would prefer to have Kyle Eastmond over Cooper Cronk! We are however all entitled to our own opinions and rightly so.

There is no such award as 'World's Best Winger' BUT he was included in the RLIF 2012 'World 13'. The best 13 players from each position. So he is if not the best Winger in the world, he's in the top two. I'm pretty sure Leeds fans or Stevo didn't have a vote on this. I could be wrong though...
