My view is if they have dealt with it by bans or whatever and think they have nipped it in the bud then that can be the end of it. If on the other hand it surfaces again I think a different approach might be needed.

iirc the idiots moved from behind the sticks last year at Cas, and stood at the side near the corner flag........and wasnt there some kind of incident?

There was an article in the Wigan Reporter last week making it clear that the club had been over to Huddersfield to view CCTV footage and were working with Huddersfield and the Police.

Cue the "it wasn't those lads" and "they had nothing to do with it" and "what about the ones who get p1555ed up and cause trouble" political spin on brigantes Facebook page.

Then if its not them and i take its a given fact the ones that caused the trouble are members of the Brignates group or known to them then they should tell the club who exactly they were if they feel they are victimised. After all its no good them moaning its not them and not report the ones that casued the problems. But tbh we know more than likely they got the right ones but they will not admit it.

From now on, any trouble should be reported immedietley, if at an away ground, report it to a steward, and then to the club as soon as possible after the game. Once these fools realise they can't nob about, and if they do, they get banned, it will make the whole experience better for everyone.

Well Done to both Wigan RLFC for banning those involved and to the True Wigan fans who came forward with statements about the incidents.

One of them who has been banned is a proper keyboard warrior who threatened a load of Leeds fans

when he showed his face in Headingley he apologised and turned into a little shy mouse

Great news that the club have reacted in a positive way. Perhaps we can put this behind us now and move on.
