Buderus gets a ban for a miscommunication during a tackle, and Joel gets nothing for trying to kick someone while they're on the floor....sounds about right.

The Eastwood spear tackle didn't slip their mind, they viewed it, saw that whilst he was placed in a vulnerable position he was not dropped or forced down into a dangerous position and therefore not worthy of punishment. However, I don't expect any Leeds fans to be honest enough to admit that was the case.
With Delaney, there was very little control in the tackle and Prescott was dropped in a vulnerable position and that means you get a 1 game ban. Coley's tackle on Delaney at Headingley got a 1 game ban because of the position the player landed (the top of the back/shoulder) and therefore the punishment is consistent. Bans seem to be given out when the tackle drops or brings a player down in a vulnerable position, as opposed to when a player is placed in a dangerous position but is not dropped or brought down in a dangerous position.

Yeah, ish, I'm pretty sure Lueluai was in that tackle to begin with, had he stayed in that tackle and not let go, Buderus and the Wigan player wouldn't have gone over the horizontal.

Expect it to be over turned. No real previous, not malicious and showed immediate regret.

I really don't know what the point of this judiciary is sometimes.

Given Buderus' record, I suspect it was simply a bit of a stuff up on his behalf. He's not exactly renowned for illegal tackles.

I think he got the ban not just for the tackle its self but the way he landed on the tackled players head. I dont think he intended to tackle like that but they may think he could have done a little more to avoid landing on the other players head

If he gets off it would be incredibly wrong as for the first time I can remember he could be banned against the team he committed the offence against. Providing Saints pick the winner of wire's game and we can get past KR.

You honestly think the tackle warranted a suspension? There was no malice in it, he has no previous record and showed immediate remorse. Throw in what Tomkins got away with and the suspension is very, very harsh.
